Start by getting a Mass Save Multi-Family Energy Assessment at no cost. A qualified Energy Specialist will come identify and recommend energy-saving improvements that can save money and energy year-round.


Benefits of Your No-Cost Assessment

Based on your assessment, you may be eligible for Mass Save incentives on energy efficiency improvements including:

  • Occupancy sensors
  • Water heating equipment
  • Low-flow showerheads, faucet aerators, and pipe wrap
  • Programmable thermostats
  • Insulation
  • Air sealing of drafty areas
  • High-efficiency heating and cooling equipment and controls

You may qualify for other energy improvements, depending on your property and the results of the assessment.
