Training Provider Application

This application is for training providers that serve young adults (aged 18 or older) in Dorchester, Fall River, Lawrence, Mattapan, Roxbury, Springfield, or Worcester and can:

  • Support recruitment of applicants for the Clean Energy Pathways program.
  • Guide trainees through the job application and interview process.
  • Conduct or process background checks for trainees as part of their application process (drug and criminal).
  • Maintain communication with interns for the duration of the three-month internship.
  • Provide continued services to interns to promote retention including professional development, on-the-job resources, and wraparound services.

The Clean Energy Pathways program includes a three-month paid internship with reputable energy efficiency companies that results in full-time job placements. Selected providers will receive funding to support recruitment, training, retention, placement, and overall success of the interns.
