Portfolio Prioritization Plan

The Portfolio Prioritization Plan (PPP) offer helps property owners or managers make the most of your resources by identifying which properties offer the highest potential for decarbonization or energy efficiency.

Managing a portfolio or campus of buildings? The Portfolio Prioritization Plan (PPP) offer helps property owners or managers identify which properties to tackle first for decarbonization or energy efficiency opportunities. This high-level benchmarking study evaluates energy use and building system performance across multiple sites to highlight where your investments will have the greatest impact. The PPP is best suited for organizations like hospital or university campuses, municipalities, or property management companies, for example.

By categorizing buildings into priority tiers, the PPP enables your team to take immediate action on “quick win” opportunities while strategically planning for deeper assessments or longer-term project development in other locations.

Benefits include:

  • Efficient Resource Allocation: Focus on high-potential buildings for maximum carbon reduction and energy savings.
  • Benchmarking Insights: Gain a comparative analysis of your buildings’ performance against industry standards.
  • Quick Wins: Identify opportunities for immediate analysis, while prioritizing other buildings for longer-term evaluation.

The Sponsors of Mass Save will cover up to 100% of the study cost if you work with one of our prequalified vendors.
