Multi-Family PHI Certified Building Verification Requirements

This 4-hour course comprehensively examines project verification requirements for building certification by the international Passive House Institute. Participants will gain a critical understanding of key Passive House performance drivers and what project verification of those drivers requires and doesn’t require.

We’ll review PHI certification requirements and the verification steps to meet them, as well as PHI verification-specific checklists. To reinforce class work, handouts, and reference materials will be provided. Large multi-family building verification will frame the class discussion, but the lessons will apply to all building types.

Participants will leave the class with the tools to successfully inform and manage the PHI project verification process and receive a Certificate of Participation.
