A continuous band of bronze-tinted solar insulated windows compliments the brick exterior. The building Features heating, ventilation, and air conditioning supplied by an efficient, variable-volume system. There is also municipal water and sewer, 125 lb. live-load floor capacity, one freight elevator, tailboard loading docks, and an automated sprinkler system.
