About The Fields Trust Realty

This 40,000 sq. ft. facility is designed to accommodate office, R&D and high technology uses. The building is a two-story, steel-frame structure  with earth-toned brick exterior walls. A continuous band of bronze-tinted  solar insulated windows compliments the brick exterior. The building Features heating, ventilation, and air conditioning supplied by an efficient, variable-volume system. There is also municipal water and sewer, 125 lb.  live-load floor capacity, one freight elevator, tailboard loading docks,  and an automated sprinkler system.

Project Summary

The Fields Realty Trust 40,000 sq. ft. facility was designed to accommodate Office, R&D and high technology uses. The company was looking to reduce operating costs by incorporating energy efficiency measures. Through the Mass Save program, they were able to install:
