  1. Complete the form above or reach out directly to your Mass Save Sponsor to schedule a no-cost energy assessment. If you are not sure who your Sponsor is or if you are interested in learning more about electrification opportunities, use the Find Your Mass Save Sponsor tool.
  2. A qualified energy specialist will conduct an in-person assessment of your building, identifying potential energy-saving measures (lighting system upgrades, insulation and air sealing, HVAC system upgrades, pipe insulation, faucet aerators, and more).
  3. Your organization will receive a customized Energy Savings Proposal detailing energy efficiency recommendations.
  4. Recommended energy efficiency upgrades will be installed by our qualified vendor and paid for up to 100 percent by your Sponsor. If you prefer to use your own contractor, please contact your Mass Save Sponsor for self-directed options.

Organization Eligibility

  • 501(c)(3) Organizations: Religious, Educational, Charitable, Scientific, Literary, Testing for Public Safety, Amateur Sports, or Prevention of Cruelty to Children or Animals
  • 501(c)(8) Fraternal Beneficiary Societies and Associations
  • 501(c)(10) Domestic Fraternal Societies and Associations
  • 501(c)(19) Post or Organization of Past or Present Members of the Armed Forces
  • 501(c)(23) Veterans Organizations
  • Houses of Worship (Many qualify even without a formal 501(c)(3) designation)

Additional Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be in business for at least one year
  • Must be responsible for paying energy costs
  • Annual energy usage is less than 1.5M kWh or 40,000 therms per year
