Our Deep Energy Retrofit (DER) offering is specifically designed to help commercial customers target and upgrade buildings with significant opportunity to reduce greenhouse emissions and save energy. Deep Energy Retrofit buildings will reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 40% or more through HVAC electrification, building shell or ventilation upgrades, and other tailored solutions. In addition to existing energy efficiency program incentives, your business will receive an additional $1/sq ft upon DER achievement.
