Since 2022, the school department has implemented many energy-efficiency upgrades across their building portfolio including LED lighting and controls, water heating, and HVAC systems. Efforts like these have resulted in over 1 million kWh in lifetime electric savings, which is equivalent to the emissions from the consumption of over 99,000 gallons of gasoline.
