Amanda Kingsley and her family have lived in their late‑1800s home in Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts, since 2002. Following the furnace failure in December, installation was completed by late January, restoring heat as quickly as possible during winter conditions.
As a result, the Kingsley family experienced an immediate shift in comfort with consistent temperatures, quiet operation and no more oil deliveries or pellet management. The heat pumps perform reliably through the winter and even provide efficient cooling during warmer days, marking the family’s first experience with whole-home air conditioning.
