Boilers & Furnaces

Receive incentives on energy-efficient boilers, furnaces, and reset controls.
Today’s boilers and furnaces are more efficient than older models and can help businesses save energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

If your business has an older system, consider upgrading to newer, more efficient models—or adding boiler reset controls, which automatically control the water temperature based on the outdoor temperature.

Clean heating and cooling all in one unit. Instead of using oil, natural gas, propane, or electric resistance to heat and cool your business, consider a clean energy heat pump for the greatest efficiencies and savings.

In alignment with the Commonwealth’s climate policy and goals, the Sponsors of Mass Save are discontinuing rebates for equipment powered by natural gas. Eligible natural gas heating equipment must be purchased, installed and completed applications submitted by September 30, 2024, in order to receive a rebate. Failure to provide all required information and/or supporting documents will result in processing delays. Incomplete or incorrect applications will not receive a rebate unless all outstanding information/documentation is received by September 30, 2024.

For Natural Gas Boilers Only - Work with an installer to receive an instant incentive:

When your installer purchases a qualifying unit at a participating distributor, an instant discount will be automatically applied to the cost of the equipment, and these cost savings will be applied directly to your installation invoice. Instant incentives cannot be combined with other Mass Save incentives for the same equipment.

For more information about program details and the instant incentive offered on qualified equipment through participating distributors, call 1-617-440-5468 or email to [email protected].
