Qualified Products Heat Pump Pool Heaters must have a Coefficient of Performance (COP) of 5.5 or higher .  $350 (Limit 2)

  2. Purchase a Qualified Heat Pump Pool Heater
    1. The sponsors of Mass Save partner with participating dealers who offer instant discounts on qualifying heat pump pool heaters.
    2. Qualified equipment must have a Coefficient of Performance (COP) of 5.5 or higher.
  • This offer is only open to Massachusetts residential electric customers where the Mass Save program is offered by Cape Light Compact, Eversource, National Grid, or Unitil.
  • Equipment must be installed between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026.
  • Rebate applies only to new units. Used or refurbished equipment is ineligible.
  • Equipment must be replacing an existing electric or propane heater.
  • Equipment must have a Coefficient of Performance (COP) of 5.5 or higher.
  • Limit two rebates per account, per equipment type, every three years.

Program is subject to change without notice, including rebate and incentive levels. Rebate cannot be combined with other Mass Save incentives for the same equipment. Rebate amount not to exceed total purchase price. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a verification inspection. Sponsor does not warrant the performance of installed equipment.
