The Sponsors of Mass Save® have engaged with the HVAC market across Massachusetts to help businesses of all sizes to have greater access to high efficiency heating and cooling equipment and the benefits and lifetime energy savings they provide.
Starting on January 1, 2022, updates have been made to the offers. Please refer to the updated incentive table.
How to Receive Instant Incentives on Commercial and Industrial HVAC Equipment
The following are suggested steps for maximizing your savings:
Determine Your HVAC Needs
Contact your HVAC contractor to determine the heating and cooling needs for your business.
Find a Participating Distributor
Please use the tool below or this link to locate participating distributors who can work with you and your contractor to identify the right kind of high-efficiency equipment for your business.
Start Saving Energy
By purchasing high-efficiency HVAC equipment you may benefit from the energy savings over the lifetime of that equipment.
Equipment: Must be approved by the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI), or otherwise approved by the Sponsors.
Eligible Customers: Effective for sales on or made after January 1, 2022, customers who receive electric service from a municipal electric company in Massachusetts and Rhode Island will no longer be eligible for incentives through programs sponsored by Mass Save or National Grid in Rhode Island. Only customers located in a facility that pays for electricity through one of the Sponsors (Cape Light Compact, Eversource, National Grid, and Unitil) and not receiving incentives through another program are eligible for incentives.
