This application is for community-based organizations (CBOs) that:
- Serve young adults (aged 18 or older) in Dorchester, Fall River, Lawrence, Mattapan, Roxbury, Springfield, or Worcester.
- Can support recruitment of applicants for the Clean Energy Pathways (CEP) program.
- Can provide continued services to CEP interns to promote retention including professional development, on-the-job resources, and wraparound services.
The CEP program includes a three-month paid internship with reputable energy efficiency companies that results in full-time job placements. Selected CBOs will receive funding to support the recruitment, training, retention, placement, and overall success of the interns. Please complete all fields in this application.
