To be eligible for this promotion, small business customers must have annual electric usage less than 1.5 million kWh, or annual natural gas usage of less than 40,000 therms. To receive a no-cost programmable thermostat, the participating business must have a non-programmable device at the time of their assessment. If existing controls are connected to an energy management system, a customer co-pay may be required.
