Click here or call 1-877-545-4113 to schedule pickup of your second refrigerator or freezer.
Please ensure that your refrigerator or freezer is:
- Between 10 and 30 cubic feet using inside measurements.
- A second fridge and/or freezer - not your primary fridge or freezer.
- Clean, empty and in working order at the time of pick-up.
- Accessible with a clear path for removal by recycling contractor.
A rebate of $50 will be given to you for your effort in recycling responsibly.
Eligibility
Massachusetts electric customers of National Grid, NSTAR, Western Massachusetts Electric, Unitil or Cape Light Compact. The rebate is good for second refrigerators/freezers recycled January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013.
The unit must meet the size requirement which is 10 cu ft - 30 cu ft.
