The Program is in the process of transitioning to become part of the Mass Save Home Energy Services Program and we are no longer accepting applications at this time. Please contact us at massenergystarhomes@icfi.com with your name, number, project city, and a brief description of the work you are doing to sign up to be notified when the Major Renovations program is actively enrolling projects again.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT STARTING THE DEMOLITION OR CONSTRUCTION PROCESS MAY CAUSE YOUR PROJECT TO BE INELIGIBLE FOR ENROLLMENT OR ADDITIONAL INCENTIVES. You may contact the Mass Save Home Energy Services Program to learn about other programs you may qualify for by calling 866-527-7283.
