The appearance of a builder's name on this list does not indicate any expressed or implied endorsement by the Massachusetts Residential New Construction Program sponsors of the builder's workmanship, licensing, or general business practices. The Program does not require the use of an ENERGY STAR builder.

To become an ENERGY STAR partner visit the Environmental Protection Agency's website or call toll free 1-888-STAR-YES (1-888-782-7937).
Eligibility
The Massachusetts Residential New Construction Program does not require builders in the Program to be a partner with the national ENERGY STAR for Homes.
Homebuilders who choose to build to the ENERGY STAR must become a partner with the national ENERGY STAR for Homes Program before their home(s) can earn the ENERGY STAR. Please visit www.energystar.gov/homespa to submit a Partnership Agreement. After submission, homebuilders can take advantage of FREE marketing and sales tools available from ENERGY STAR and begin to use the ENERGY STAR logo in advertising.
