Fill out the mail-in rebate form completely, attach a receipt and a copy of your installation invoice, and send it to the address on the form. The rebate application and all necessary materials must be postmarked by January 31, 2012.

Eligibility

Massachusetts electric customers of National Grid, NSTAR, Western Massachusetts Electric, Unitil or Cape Light Compact. The rebate is good for eligible swimming pool pumps installed between January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011.
