Mass SaveĀ® Home Energy Services Program Contractor Information

The Home Energy Services (“HES”) program utilizes outreach mechanisms, cross-marketing, incentives, and financing to make it easy, clear, and compelling for customers to participate in all residential energy efficiency programs. The program offers single family (1-4 units) residential customers energy efficiency recommendations and incentives that enable them to identify and implement cost-effective energy efficiency improvements.
