Enhanced Incentives for Qualified Households Residing in 1-4 Family Homes

If your annual household income falls within the following ranges, you may qualify for enhanced incentives on energy efficient improvements such as insulation upgrades and appliance rebates.

The first step is to get a no-cost Home Energy Assessment. To schedule an appointment, call 1-866-527-7283.

If you receive recommendations for insulation during your assessment and believe you may be eligible for enhanced incentives based on your income level, call 1-866-537-7267 to start the income verification process, which is provided at no cost to you. In order to receive the enhanced incentives, income verification must be approved prior to making energy efficient improvements.

Please note: you need to provide the following documentation in order to complete the income verification process:

  1. Your Site ID number listed within your Home Energy Assessment Report.
  2. A copy of your utility heating bill and/or electric bill.
  3. Proof of income for all household members ages 18 and over. This may include:
    1. If paid weekly, copies of four current pay stubs
    2. If paid bi-weekly, copies of two current pay stubs
    3. If paid monthly, copy of one current pay stub
    4. Copy of a current monthly benefits statement for SSA (social security), SSI (supplemental security income), SSDI (social security disability insurance), DTA (transitional assistance), unemployment, workers’ compensation, or a current 1099 Form
    5. If self-employed, the most recently filed tax return is required
