It covers a wide range of efficiency measures, depending upon the customer’s electricity end-uses and measure cost-effectiveness. The technologies supported include, but are not limited to, lighting, variable speed drives, building envelope measures, controls, energy management systems, HVAC and process improvements. Financial incentives are based on the total equipment and labor costs of installing efficient equipment.
